Richard read Politics and Law at the University of Hagen in Germany and Law at BPP Law School in London and Cambridge.
He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and fully fluent in five languages.
Richard has a diverse range of experience both abroad and within the UK including working in the public sector, for government entities, and for top global law firms.
He has significant experience in commercial litigation, competition law and EU Immigration Law.
Richard advises on issues related to EEA law including late applications for Pre-Settled and Status, revocation of status/ deportation from the UK, revocation of deportation orders as well as family immigration applications, naturalisation and citizenship.
